Vibration calibrators are easy-to-operate instruments that allow the verification of vibration measuring equipment at one or more accelerations and reference frequencies. In this way, we have a field team which will indicate the correct functioning of the vibration monitor before and after each measurement, the state of the equipment, and in this way to know if it is really capable of performing the pertinent measurements. These equipments are indispensable to ensure the validity of the measurement, and although they are not a calibration element if they are a reference mentioned in standards such as ISO 8041 where it is indicated that the instrument must be periodically verified to certain frequency and acceleration parameters.
